Taria Butler is a speaker, blogger and author. She is the Co-Author of 2am Parenting: The Highs and Lows of an Unexpected Diagnosis. Additionally, she serves as Vice President of The traceBRAVE Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aims to help families with children who have Type 1 Diabetes.

Melody is an Indianapolis baker and started Crumbs of Love when she became a stay at home mom. She wanted to help her family by generating an income and teaching her daughters a skill they could use to bring joy to others. Melody has been baking since she received her first easy bake oven. Although many things have changed since then, her love for what she does has not.

Chef Felicia Grady is Executive Chef, Business Owner, and Restaurant Consultant. Upon graduating from The Chef Academy in 2012, she started her own catering company, Plate it Up! Catering.

After four years of managing the kitchen for Indianapolis Public School #49 she was given an opportunity to teach as a Culinary Instructor at Second Helpings and later was awarded an opportunity to become the Director of Food Service for Bridges of Hope Rehabilitation Facility in Anderson Indiana.

Chef Felicia has been a ServSafe Proctor since 2017 and Certified in Gluten-Free and Vegan entrees. In March 2022 she was awarded Chef Of The Year through the America Culinary Federation. She provides personal chef services for special occasions and started a a youth culinary workshop during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Kristen Lampkin is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader also known as the HR Guru. She has been working in human resources for over 10 years focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, coaching, and diversity and inclusion. She is currently the Director of Business Equity for Indy (BEI) at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP).

She is currently serving as Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Director for the Indiana State SHRM board, Co-Founder of Black in HR Indy, and All-Star 2024 Committee Member. Kristen was named one of the 10 local women in Indianapolis to Watch in 2022 by Indy Maven. In 2021 she was selected as part of the Auto Remarketing 40 under 40 class. Also, in 2018, Lampkin was a finalist for the Junior Achievement’s Indy’s Best and Brightest award and United Way of Central Indiana recognized her as one of United Way’s 100 Heroes. 

She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and loved ones. Her passion for giving back to the community and supporting equality for all is demonstrated daily in her professional and personal life. The motto she lives by is, “I am COMMITTED to showing you the BEST me while bringing out the BEST you.”

Dr. Kara Williams is the creator of Faith Strong Elite and is a certified macro nutrition coach! Kara specializes in helping women transform both internally and physically through spiritual guidance and evidence based nutrition coaching. Kara has helped countless women shred fat while changing their body composition through 1:1 and group coaching. What she is most proud of however, is helping women restore their FAITH when it comes to their weight loss battles!

She graduated massage school in 2014 but didn’t become dedicated until 2019.  Lakia went from a small office suite to now owning 2 buildings with 12 suites.  Lakia provides the space for others to grow their business. Her main goal is to provide a place for the average working woman/man to enjoy luxury self-care.
