Positive affirmations are short phrases that lift our children up and provide self encouragement.

Most importantly, I am learning to start each day using affirmations with my children because they are instrumental in developing a mindset of positivity and success.

All of my children have different personalities. Therefore, I use multiple affirmations. For example, one of my children struggle with being shy while another child controls the room!

Here are 12 affirmations that I use at home with my children:

  4. Be my best at all times.
  5. I am humble.
  6. I can be anything I want to be.
  7. I deserve to be happy.
  8. I am a hard worker.
  9. My attitude reflects who I am and what I represent.

  11. I am beautiful.
  12. I will surround myself with positive vibes and people.
